The death of George Toschlog, 66, occurred at 8:15 o'clock Friday morning at his home on the Liberty Pike follwing an extended illness. He had been retired for a number of years having formerly been a prominent member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church.
The surviving members of the family are the widow Mary; three daughters, Miss Mary Toschlog, Mrs. Arthur Weadick and Mrs. Frank Sanders, all of Wayne Co., three sons John, Anthony, and Frank of Wayne Co.; two brothers, Henry and Ben; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Brokamp and Mrs. Ed Gausepohl and 6 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements at 9 o'clock at St. Andrew's Tuesday morning. Friends may call any time.
George married Mary Otten, daughter of Benjamin Henry Otten and Mary Brokamp, on 15 Apr 1880. (Mary Otten was born on 27 Jan 1859 in Madison, WI, died on 4 Dec 1939 in Richmond, Wayne Co. IN and was buried in St. Andrew's Cemetary, Richmond, IN.)
